BEGIN YOUR SPIRIT MEDICINE JOURNEY
Sacred Earth Medicines & Plant diets
Sacred Earth Medicines, AKA psychedelics, and plant diets (dietas) have been practiced all around the world in various cultures and lineages. The popularity of working with these powerful beings reveals a desire on our planet to get in touch with something beyond the material world, connecting with the Earth, each other, Spirit, and healing outside of mainstream medical models. Whether you work in a personal, traditional, New Age, clinical, or fusion way, the reality is that these beings create change in your life.
There is so much information around practices, traditions, and what is the “right way” to take them, work with plants, or be in service to them that it can be vastly confusing. While it is important to ask questions about training and education around medicine, trauma, health, etc., it is also necessary to know what kind of Spirit approach is taken if you are outside the clinical model. I have worked with plant medicines formally, recreationally, with and without Elders for 36 years, but never within a clinical perspective. This doesn’t work for me; from my view of Land to Spirit Connection, coupled with an embodied approach, I find staying in the Mind is not healthy or productive for most people working with these Sacred Beings. However, to each their own, and I am happy to work with people looking for another perspective outside the clinical model.
My approach includes reflection, journaling, womb practices, a health assessment, sometimes stacking herbs or supplements, supportive plants, rituals, song, meditations, TCM, somatic skills, qigong, and more depending on the program. If you are training to be a coach, I also require the science side of things; however, I always meet people where they are to embrace these beings with intelligence, alignment, integrity, and confidence.
Whether you need support on your health journey with microdosing, macrodosing, preparation, or integration with plant medicine ceremonies, connecting with plants through diets, or training in one of these areas, my 1:1 guidance may be the best fit for you! Please reach out to find out which path is best for you!
Below are a few of the more popular ways to begin your Sacred Earth Medicine Journey.
Microdosing Coach Training
Let’s be clear that this is a big responsibility! My style is different from most in that I require you to do a long-term microdosing regimen with this program to understand firsthand how these Sacred Beings work in your system. You will learn:
🍄🟫 Micro and Macrodosing protocols
🍄🟫 Contraindications with health conditions, supplements, herbs, & foods
🍄🟫 Science, physiology, and psychology basics on how they operate in the system
🍄🟫 Cultural, traditional, and historical contexts
🍄🟫 Shamanic tools & embodiment practices to support your or your clients’ journey
🍄🟫 Diet, nutrition, and herbal options for optimal client support
🍄🟫 Understanding Cacao on a deeper level and how to pair it with the experience
🍄🟫 Creating a health form for your clients within your scope of practice
🍄🟫 Case Studies, with an option to bring in a client case of your own for support
NOTE: If you want to learn to work with Ayahuasca Vine & Brew, this is an option, but it is separate from mushrooms. The program is the same, but you choose the medicine.
“Women have always been shamans and medicine women. Our connection to life is through nature’s cycles, our blood, and our ability to create existence.”
PLANT DIETAS
Plant Dieats (diets) are one of my favorite ways to work with plants. It can create a deep connection to plants through ritual, song, ceremony, meditation, and keeping a clean diet. Working with plants in this capacity gives the person allyship, connection to song, grounding, cleansing, and, of course, healing. Held in groups or privately, this powerful journey is great for beginners or long-time herbalists, witches, ceremonialists, or Sacred Earth Medicine (psychedelics) practitioners.
Some examples are: Pine, Rose (all colors), Blue Lotus (Egyptian Water Lily), Turmeric, Mugwort, Sage, Sagebrush, Douglas Fir, Ajo Sacha, Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Rosemary, Damiana, Calea Zacatechichi, Peppermint, Aloe, Jimaica/Hibiscus, Yarrow, Bobinsana, and more!

MEET YOUR GUIDE…
Seven Crow has been working with Sacred Earth Medicines (AKA psychedelics) since she was 12 years old, and is a 4th-generation herbalist with Native American and Scottish heritage. A proud witch, she is traditionally trained in Huachuma (San Pedro), Psilocybin, Moonlodge/Sweatlodge ceremonies, Birthkeeping, Herbal & Chinese Medicines, the Wise Woman Tradition, various forms of massage, and she blends these paths with her knowledge of women's health, womb embodiment, archetypes, and Rites of Passage.
As a devotee of the Rose Path, she began her journey with this plant in 1997 at the age of 19 and continues to study with Curenderas from around the world, as well as offering diets and trainings with this magical being. As an advocate for women 35 and over to embrace their Changing Woman Years (aging) as a path of initiation towards the Wise Woman Years, she combines plant diets with ceremony, ritual, and microdosing alongside modern medicine to blend the spiritual with the physical.
Seven is a student of the Women's Mysteries, a Goddess worshiper, and Guardian of the Earth. She loves to learn ways to support the planet, reduce her footprint, teach women how to come into alignment with Pachamama (Gaia/Earth), the moon, the seasons, and the Elements. An avid book reader, no conversation can be had without a suggestion for you!
Having left the United States in 2011 to work in Southeast Asia, she moved to Peru in 2012 and has been living and working between Peru and Mexico, while continuing her studies of medicinal and magical traditions from around the world. She currently lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru with her son, two cats, two dogs, and a garden of plants. Her offerings can be found in person, online, in the UK, Europe, Mexico, Peru, and the United States.
