Ceremonies & Dietas
I have been working with plants my whole life through my family line, with Elders from around the world, in formal education, and intuitively. Plants are an essential part of my understanding of and connection to the world. The way we commune with them is deeply important to me, as they are vital to human existence, not just spiritual evolution. I encourage all of my patients, clients, and students to cultivate allyship through curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn from them over time. In this way, we gain wisdom and experience by respecting the relationship with reciprocity (Ayini in Quechua). What we give to the plants through energy, offerings, presence, and more allows for communication to be cultivated.
While I spent 8 years working with two Chavin Elders (beginning in 2012) before they died during COVID, I was encouraged to interweave my lineage traditions with the wisdom I gained through my relationship with Huachuma/San Pedro. I approach my long-standing connection to this Master Teacher Plant with respect, reverence, dedication, discipline, and humility. I will forever be a humble student of this incredible being.
A note about dietas, while most understand plant diets from the ancient tradition of Ayahuasca, working with plants spiritually and medicinally is found all around the world via herbalists, and with other Sacred Earth Medicines. There have been various adaptations in the Plant Medicine Communities, revealing the evolution of plants with humanity. I follow the traditions I have learned from and the wisdom I have gained over decades of plant diets.
I have worked with Rose Medicine worldwide in various traditions and with Elders since 1997, learning about her different colors, frequencies, and messages. She is my main plant ally, although there are others that I am qualified to share (please reach out with any inquiries). My approach is multifaceted to fit the needs and timing of the person I am working with, whether in person or online, combined with microdosing or with a plant medicine ceremony. Below are the various ways you can work with me. Please reach out if you have any questions, different needs, or plants, or payment options. 🌵 I make my own medicine, working with locals who harvest sustainably. All cactus ceremonies honor the Elements through offerings and songs. You will be able to connect with each of them in your own way on the hike at the different points.
🌵 During a night ceremony, there are more detailed instructions to hold the container, honor the elements, and share songs. Night ceremonies can be very challenging; for this reason, a day ceremony must have been done with me first. Ceremonies are seasonal and weather-dependent as they are held outside with the fire.

SWEAT LODGE / TEMAZCAL
🔥 I have worked with and prayed in the lodge since 1990, learning from Elders in different traditions, and coming into right relationship with my connection to this Sacred Practice. It is NOT owned by any one path, country, or tribe. I have had the honor to sit in lodges around the world, and every country I have been in has a form of suana or lodge to support their people’s health and spiritual well-being. I have supported babies being born in a lodge, children’s lodges, lodges for the passing of someone, and lodges with medicine or post-medicine ceremonies. The Lodge IS my favorite MEDICINE, and I honor it as such.
🔥 The sweatlodge comes in many names and forms, found all over the world. It is an excellent way to sing, pray, detoxify, connect with your body, community, and the Elements. The style I hold is in the tradition of the ELEMENTS, honoring them in each doorway from densest to lightest —> Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit. Normally, we hold four doors or gates; however, on special occasions, we will hold five to honor the Spirit, a birthday, or other Rite of Passage. Oftentimes, there is a theme to the lodge which will be shared on the day of.
🔥 Sometimes we have all women, but men are also welcome into this lodge unless we are holding a Moon Lodge, which is only for women and children.
🔥 Pregnant women are welcome in the lodge; however, a conversation is required first. Children are welcome in the lodge.
🔥 Bleeding women are welcome in the lodge.
🔥 Please come in a dress or skirt/shorts, and a top. In the Moon Lodge, women are welcome to be naked. I suggest wearing a belt for protection.
🔥 All lodges are donation-based with no fixed price. Please understand that the money goes to pay the Fire Keeper, the wood, fruit, water, and lodge supplies as needed. ACUPUNCTURE: All acupuncture includes an interview, acupuncture, and, depending on the condition, cupping, moxabustion, medical qigong, or massage.
First Time Single Session (90 minutes) —> 200 soles
Packages of 5 (First session 90 minutes, 60-minute sessions after that)—> 800 soles (paid in advance)
Returning Local Clients (not travelers) —> 150 soles

MEET YOUR GUIDE…
Seven Crow has been working with Sacred Earth Medicines (AKA psychedelics) since she was 12 years old, and is a 4th-generation herbalist with Native American and Scottish heritage. A proud witch, she is traditionally trained in Huachuma (San Pedro), Psilocybin, Moonlodge/Sweatlodge ceremonies, Birthkeeping, Herbal & Chinese Medicines, the Wise Woman Tradition, various forms of massage, and she blends these paths with her knowledge of women's health, womb embodiment, archetypes, and Rites of Passage.
As a devotee of the Rose Path, she began her journey with this plant in 1997 at the age of 19 and continues to study with Curenderas from around the world, as well as offering diets and trainings with this magical being. As an advocate for women 35 and over to embrace their Changing Woman Years (aging) as a path of initiation towards the Wise Woman Years, she combines plant diets with ceremony, ritual, and microdosing alongside modern medicine to blend the spiritual with the physical.
Seven is a student of the Women's Mysteries, a Goddess worshiper, and Guardian of the Earth. She loves to learn ways to support the planet, reduce her footprint, teach women how to come into alignment with Pachamama (Gaia/Earth), the moon, the seasons, and the Elements. An avid book reader, no conversation can be had without a suggestion for you!
Having left the United States in 2011 to work in Southeast Asia, she moved to Peru in 2012 and has been living and working between Peru and Mexico, while continuing her studies of medicinal and magical traditions from around the world. She currently lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru with her son, two cats, two dogs, and a garden of plants.
